Ограничители перенапряжений ОПН служат для защиты оборудования от набегания с линий волн перенапряжений,
индуктированных близкими разрядами молний или другими источниками.
Установка ОПН на изолированный провод осуществляется с помощью прокалывающих зажимов,
снабженных болтами со срывной головкой. Установка возможна под напряжением,
т.к. срывная головка изолирована от контактной части зажима.

Срезная головка разъема изолирована от токоведущих частей, поэтому установку можно производить с помощью обычных инструментов.
К монтажным работам допускается только квалифицированный рабочий.
1. Убедитесь, что разрядник закреплен в нижней части разъема, а металлическая резьба разрядника не видна.
2. Установите заземляющий проводник (мин. Cu 10 мм², не входит в комплект) разрядника сначала в заземление
(например, с разъемом SE 12.1, не входит в комплект), а затем в заземляющий разъем в нижней части разрядника.
3. Снимите крышки входных отверстий проводника
4. Открутите винт соединителя, пока главный проводник не будет помещен в паз проводника.
При использовании SE 46 также установите ответвленный проводник.
5. Затяните винт шестигранным ключом 13 мм, удерживая винт вилочным ключом ST 34,
до поломки срезной головки.
6. Установите на место верхнюю крышку (соединитель SE 46).
7. Выполните соединения других разрядников, как указано выше.
Примечание!
При работе на линии под напряжением всегда следует использовать одобренные защитные перчатки.
Перед началом работы необходимо проверить оборудование.
В случае замены поврежденного разрядника SGA сеть должна быть обесточена.

INSULATION PIERCING CONNECTORS SE 45 AND SE 46 WITH SGA SURGE ARRESTERS FOR LOW VOLTAGE
The shear head of the connector is insulated from the live parts, so the installation can be made with ordinary tools. Only a skilled worker is permitted to do the installation work.
1. Make sure that the surge arrester has been fixed in the lower part of the connector and the metal thread of the surge arrester is not visible.
2. Install the earthing conductor (min. Cu 10 mm², not included in the package) of the surge arrester first in the earthing (eg. with SE 12.1 connector, not included in the package) and after this in the earthing connector in the lower part of the surge arrester.
3. Remove the conductor inlet caps
4. Unscrew the connector screw until the main conductor can be placed in the conductor
groove. When using SE 46, also install the branch conductor. 5. Tighten the screw with 13 mm hexagonal key, holding the screw with fork wrench ST 34, until the break of the shear head.
6. Replace the upper lid (SE 46 connector).
7. Make the connections of the other surge arresters as above.
Notice! Approved protective gloves must always be used during live line work. Equipment has to be checked before starting the work.
In case a damaged SGA surge arrester has to be changed, the network has to be without voltage.

CONNECTORS WITH TWISTING INSULATION SE 45 AND SE 46
WITH SURGE ARRESTERS SGA FOR LOW VOLTAGE
The cut-off head of the connector is insulated from live parts, so installation can be carried out with conventional tools.
Only a qualified worker is allowed to carry out installation work.
1. Make sure that the arrester is fixed to the bottom of the connector and the metal thread of the arrester is not visible.
2. Install the earth conductor (min. Cu 10 mm², not included) of the arrester first in the earth connection
(e.g. with SE 12.1 connector, not included) and then in the earth connector at the bottom of the arrester.
3. Remove the conductor entry covers
4. Loosen the connector screw until the main conductor is positioned in the conductor groove.
When using SE 46, also install the branch conductor.
5. Tighten the screw with a 13 mm Allen key, holding the screw with an ST 34 fork-type wrench,
until the shear head breaks.
6. Replace the top cover (SE 46 connector).
7. Make the connections of the other arresters as described above.
Note!
Approved protective gloves must always be used when working on a live line.
The equipment must be checked before starting work.
In case of replacing a damaged SGA arrester, the network must be de-energized.

MIT SGA-ÜBERSPANNUNGSABLEITERN FÜR NIEDERSPANNUNG
Der Scherkopf des Steckverbinders ist von stromführenden Teilen isoliert, so dass die Montage mit herkömmlichen Werkzeugen erfolgen kann.
Nur qualifizierte Fachkräfte dürfen Montagearbeiten durchführen.
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Ableiter an der Unterseite des Steckers befestigt ist und die Metallgewinde des Ableiters nicht sichtbar sind.
2. Verlegen Sie zunächst den Schutzleiter (mind. Cu 10 mm², nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) des Ableiters im Erdreich
(z. B. mit SE 12.1-Stecker, nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) und dann in den Erdungsanschluss an der Unterseite des Ableiters.
3. Entfernen Sie die Leitereinführungsabdeckungen
4. Schrauben Sie die Anschlussschraube heraus, bis der Hauptleiter in der Leiternut liegt.
Bei Verwendung von SE 46 zusätzlich einen Abzweig installieren.
5. Ziehen Sie die Schraube mit einem 13-mm-Inbusschlüssel fest, während Sie die Schraube mit einem ST 34-Gabelschlüssel festhalten.
bis der Schneidkopf kaputt geht.
6. Bringen Sie die obere Abdeckung wieder an (SE 46-Stecker).
7. Anschlüsse für andere Ableiter wie oben herstellen.
Notiz!
Bei Arbeiten an stromführenden Leitungen sollten stets zugelassene Schutzhandschuhe getragen werden.
Vor Beginn der Arbeiten müssen Sie die Ausrüstung überprüfen.
Beim Austausch eines beschädigten SGA muss das Netz spannungsfrei geschaltet werden.
